Tip Number 1 – there is NO right or wrong way to meditate. Whatever is happening inside your head is in fact ALL meditation. In the beginning, just spending the time is all that is needed.
Tip Number 2 – there is NO specific outcome. Every meditation is going to be different. Try not to offer any judgement about how your meditation is going. Remember the goal is to be thought “less”
Tip Number 3 – No one gets control of their mind overnight. It’s like exercising a muscle. It takes practice. In fact it IS a practice. If you look at it like a daily practice rather than a destination you are on your way to meditation mastery.
